About the Commercial Reconstruction and Painting Project
This beautiful 72-Unit HOA in Encinitas, CA needed a facelift. This extensive reconstruction and painting project lasted 12 months and included wood replacement, new roofs, painting of all wood substrates, new gutters and downspouts, and other associated improvements.
