About the HOA Waterproofing Project
The Park West homeowners association contracted PacWest to improve the exterior of this mid-rise building in downtown San Diego, CA. This painting project included extensive preparation, power washing, a full coat of primer and 2 coats of waterproofing coatings. We used a swing stage for access.
